Lazy, Lazy Labor Day Weekend

I SOOOO needed this weekend of absolutely doing nothing!! We laid around in Pj's pretty much my entire 3 day weekend. This is all thanks to Tropical Storm Lee. We had lots of silliness as you can see.

Afternoon walks

If I am not running in the late afternoons we are walking. Conner has a new hobby and it is walking his 2, 4 legged friends. He calls it pulling Dougie but Dougie is actually pulling him. He loves his pups so much. I'm so glad that the afternoons are cooling off and we can actually enjoy these wonderful peaceful times. Here are a couple of action shots from last night's walk. We stayed pretty busy this weekend but I wasn't expecting anything less. I did manage to fold the mountain of clothes on Conner's bed and rearrange his room. These are my before and after pics.

Weekend agenda

I have not had a free weekend to do absolutely nothing in it seems like forever and it looks like this weekend will be a busy one as well. While I'm sitting here typing I have a hundred things going through my head of what I need to do starting at 5:00pm. It will have to wait until my swim session with my little boy and grilling at Jody's grandparents. Maybe I can start my cleaning list around 9 tonight :( . Tomorrow, we will be going to eat lunch at my grandparents house and then doing some family visiting with cousins, aunts and uncles that I have not seen in a while. Maybe tomorrow afternoon, we can work on the yard. It is a hot mess! I am just wondering how everyone manages to have a full time job, clean house and visit family all within a healthy lifestyle? I can never seem to get everything done and my house work always seems to be the unfinished business. I wish I was better at juggling my time and chores. Hope everyone has a productive and fun weekend!!

Disney World bound in five days!!

I am just a wee bit excited about Disney. Well, I am actually estatic about Disney. I am really excited about our dinner reservations. Here are a few places we will be dining!
